Gate Admission

Gate Admission on the Day – $35 Adults,  Pensioners (on the Day – No Earlybirds available)- $20 & Children Under 12 – FREE

Student Concession – $20 ((Student Identification Must be shown – No Early birds available)

Earlybird Tickets – Available from the TRC Office or over the telephone – $26 from 1st August 2013.

Visiting Members Pass – $80

TERRACE VIEW RESTAURANT

Ticket price includes access to the members area, gate admission and a gourmet 3 Course Luncheon and afternoon tea.

Non-Members – $230 per person

TRC Members – $130 per person (Membership No of each guest must be quoted at time of booking – Member must be financial)

Payment must be made at time of booking – Tickets on sale from 1st September 2013.

Wristbands will be issued to all guests to enter the dining area.  Guests not wearing a wristband will be refused entry.

AAMI Hobart Cup Leger Spaces

Leger spaces are available to book from 1st August 2012 for TRC Members and 3rd September 2013 for General Public

Inner Leger  - Members – $350

Non-Members – $500 per site

Outer Leger – $350 per site

Inner & Outer Leger Sites measure 10ft X 20ft (3 metres x 6 metres)

Double length Leger Sites – $500 for financial member’s (Limit of 1 site per member) and $600 per site for non-member’s.

Double leger sites measure 10ft X 40ft (3 metres X 12 metres)

Inner & Outer Leger bookings receive 12 wristbands per site and an additional 4 wristbands may be purchased per site at $45 each.  Double Leger sites receive 24 wristbands and an additional 8 per site may be purchased.

Please note wristbands do not include entry to the racecourse, admission must be purchased separately.

Responsible Service of Alcohol practices must be adhered to in the Leger area.  The person purchasing the leger site will be deemed as the person responsible for all persons on their site.  All wristbands are numbered and the details are provided on the day to security and police personnel.
